What it's about
Permanent, open-ended position, company car available for private use, flexible working hours with some remote work and a part-time option – and a key role in preparing and executing turnarounds at large industrial plants.
At ep-cm, technical planning is the foundation of every turnaround: what is in the work package is what gets done in the plant. Since 2005, ep-cm and its 130 employees have worked for the operators of industrial plants – refineries, chemical and pharma sites and energy utilities, including BASF, Bayer, Shell and OMV. We plan and control their plant shutdowns, outages and turnarounds.
As a Turnaround Planner, you turn the measures that operations names for the shutdown into work packages: the scope and sequence of every job, from flushing the equipment through scaffolding and inspection to pressure testing and handover. You check the existing documentation, look at the conditions in the plant yourself and take the requirements of the safety manual into account. During execution, you make sure that what was planned is carried out, and you report to turnaround management.
