What is the difference between a project assignment and a permanent role at ep-cm?
On a project assignment, you work for a client through ep-cm – for the duration of the project, with checked conditions and a fixed contact person. In a permanent position, you are part of ep-cm's core team, develop further through the Academy and work on changing projects across Europe and beyond.
Which professions is ep-cm looking for?
Above all, turnaround specialists – turnaround management, planning and coordination – as well as specialists in project control, scheduling, cost and document control, site management, supervision and QA/QC. We also fill roles outside these core areas when a client needs them.
I don't meet every requirement – is it still worth applying?
Yes. What matters is the experience you bring. If the interview shows that you still lack something in one area, we can prepare you for it in a targeted way at our Academy in Gelsenkirchen – in turnaround methodology, scheduling, project controls, scope and technical planning, and leadership in a shutdown.
