The position

What it's about

Permanent, open-ended position, company car for private use possible, flexible working hours with a remote share and a part-time option, Primavera P6 and MS Project – and a key role in the turnarounds of large industrial plants.

At ep-cm, turnaround scheduling is one of the most important control instruments. Since 2005, ep-cm and its 130 employees have worked for the operators of industrial plants – refineries, chemical and pharma sites and energy utilities, including BASF, Bayer, Shell and OMV. We plan and control their plant shutdowns, overhauls and turnarounds.

As a scheduler, you take on a central role in time-critical plant shutdowns, reporting directly to TAR management. You work closely with trades, site managers and decision-makers, control complex sequences under time pressure and keep track of progress, deviations and forecasts. On top of that come flexible working models, flat hierarchies and a culture in which expertise comes before formality.
