That is exactly where it is decided whether work starts on day one or people wait at the badge office.

What does digital contractor onboarding achieve in practice?
Time savings, fewer sources of error and a complete record: contractor companies go through a standardised, documented process from onboarding through safety induction to site access – centrally controlled and traceable at any time. In practical use of the platform, processing time at the gate has halved.
What happens once the contractor is in the plant?
Access is not the end of the chain but its beginning. Incidents and near misses are recorded directly against the contractor company, not just against the site. Over time, this produces an evaluation per contractor company – and with it a basis on which procurement and HSEQ can decide before the next contract award, instead of relying on an impression.
Which languages does the induction support?
The training and induction content is available in more than 20 languages – from English, Polish and Romanian to Turkish and Arabic. This allows international specialists to start safely and tested, without language barriers.
Can the solution be connected to our systems?
Yes. The platform integrates via interfaces with access control systems and SAP environments and delivers automated dashboards and reports, for example via an API connection to Power BI – for management, site security and HSEQ.
How does the system ensure the integrity of tests?
Theoretical and practical tests are handled and documented digitally; AI-based anomaly detection identifies cheating attempts in real time. Event formats for practical tests as well as alcohol and drug tests can also be managed.
How does working together begin?
With an initial call and an analysis of your existing processes. Building on this, we develop a concept that is implemented both technically and organisationally – including administrator training and ongoing support.

Billing is by the hour, by day rate or at a fixed price – we work out together which model fits.
